Stephanie Ann (Richter) Stewart

Stephanie Ann Stewart, 77, of Woodstock, died Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born October 7, 1947 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Lou and Irma Resau Richter. She was the devoted wife of James D. Stewart. They had been married for over 55 years. Stephanie was a hairdresser and home maker. She enjoyed flowers, going to the beach, and anything that included spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her husband, Stephanie is survived by son Brent Stewart and his wife Monica, grandchildren Sophia, Connor and Shane Stewart and her constant companion Cooper. Stephanie was also predeceased by her brothers Thomas and Brian Richter. Funeral services will be on October 24, 2024 at Church of the Resurrection, 3175 Paulskirk Drive, Ellicott City, Maryland 21042. The church will open at 10:00 AM with Mass beginning at 10:30 am. There will be no public visitation. The Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, Maryland is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
