Rosemary ‘Rose’ Urbanowicz, 80, of Catonsville, died Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at Gilchrist Hospice Columbia surrounded by her loving family. Born February 3, 1945 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Anita Ferrara Bonsiero. She was the devoted wife of Raymond Urbanowicz. They had been married for over 56 years. Rose had worked at Turf Valley Hotel and Country Club as an accounting clerk. She enjoyed going to casinos, cooking, gardening, the Baltimore Ravens, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her husband Ray, Rose in survived by daughter Kimberly Dowdall (Tom), granddaughter Emily, grandson Tommy (Amanda), great granddaughter Kaylee Rose, siblings Phil Bonsiero, Dee Matthews (Jim), Marie Bonsiero, Frank Bonsiero(Susan) and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, May 23, 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9531 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD with Rev. Fr. Raymond Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday, from 6-9 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, Maryland.
