Richard Nelson Arnold, 90, of New Windsor died Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Martinsburg Veterans Administration Hospital. Born November 12, 1926 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Harry Edward and Louise Fishpaw Arnold. He was the husband of Harriett B. Arnold (nee Brohawn). They had been married for 65 years. Richard was a painting contractor. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran serving during World War II. He was a former member of the Masonic Fraternity and of the Rotary Club. He also had a Bachelor of Science degree and in his younger years was involved with Boy Scout Troop #306 in Catonsville and Meals On Wheels. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Cynthia Marie Arnold and Deborah Lynn Den Bleyker, granddaughters Stephanie Ann Ellis and Jessica Paige Den Bleyker. A private memorial service was held at the Martinsburg VA Hospital Chapel. Interment was private. The Jeffrey N.
