Randolph ‘Randy’ Stephen Disney, 68, of Owings Mills, died Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Gilchrist Hospice. Born May 6, 1954 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Arthur N. Disney, Jr. and the late Jean Gugerty Disney. Randy was an OSHA program writer for Delta Solutions. He was a member and Past Master of Annapolis Lodge #89, Past Right Eminent Grand Commander of MD Commandery, Past Most Illustrious Grand Master of Royal and Select Masters of MD, Council Grand Inspector for the Grand Lodge Past President of York Rite College, Member of Council of Anointed High Priests Member of Rosicrucian, also Red Cross of Constantine, a 32 Degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of Boumi Temple where his father always told him to be a good Shriner. Randy was always there with a smile on his face ready to pitch in where needed and always had a good word to say on what group he was affiliated with. Randy is survived by son and daughter-in-law David and Rebecca, brothers Arthur N. Disney, III and Jeffrey Disney, grandchildren Cameron and Reese and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by son Matthew Disney and sister Missy Disney. Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023, 2:00PM at the Door to Virtue Masonic Lodge #46 AF & AM, 46 Monroe Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157. There will be a visitation period of 1 hour beginning at 1:00PM at the lodge. A reception will be held following the service. The Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, Maryland is assisting with funeral arrangements. Interment will be private.
