Michael ‘Mike’ Blair Costlow, 65, of Mt. Airy, died Friday, July 17, 2020 at his home. Born April 29, 1955 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Thomas Blair and Elisabeth Jane Young Costlow. He was the loving husband of Christiana Joan Costlow (nee Green). They had been married for 12 years and together since 2002. Mike was a master certified Mercedes-Benz technician for over 25 years. He had received many awards from Mercedes-Benz in regard to his expertise and job performance. He was also a member of the Harley Owners Group. Mike was a motorcycle enthusiast. He owned several antique motorcycles. A 1971 Norton and a 1972 Triumph which he had restored from a handful of parts. He had won several show awards for their restoration. He also enjoyed tinkering on his Harleys, coffee with the sunrise on the patio and spending his free time with his family and friends. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons James Costlow and wife Joanie, David Lowry and wife Heather, Nicholas Lowry and daughter Jennifer Lowry. He is also survived by grandchildren Dimitri and Faye Costlow, Joseph, Jacob and Madison Lowry. He is also survived by siblings Thomas Costlow, Chris Costlow and wife Toni, William Costlow and wife Dona, former sister-in-law Susan Costlow and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services and interment will be private. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD.
