Mary Irene (Hammond) Fisher

Mary Irene Fisher, 65, of Sykesville, died Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at her home. Born August 18, 1956 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. and Irene Mudd Hammond. She was the fiancé to Kenneth Breidenbach. They had been together for 8 years. Mary had worked as a Fire Fighter/EMT in Virginia. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, her pet cats, her and Ken’s pet dog and spending time with family. In addition to her fiancé Ken, Mary is survived by sons Kyle Doughty and Elyse, Christopher Voyles and Bridget, Michael Voyles and Susan, brother Steven Hammond , sister Christine Fairweather and granchildren Visitation, services and interment will be private. The Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, located at 6028 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, Maryland is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
