Louise M. (Wolfe) Bess

Louise M. Bess, 77, of Sykesville, died Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Gilchrist Hospice in Columbia. Born August 3, 1946 in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Nevin Leon and Gladys Mae Miller Wolfe. Louise had worked as a retail cashier, She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, taking long walks and spending time with her pet dog Roxy. She is survived by daughter Geraldine Marie Bess. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7-9 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, Maryland.
