Lindsay Nicole Smith, 39, of Westminster, died on Monday, January 8, 2024 at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Born December 12, 1984 in Columbia, Maryland, she was the daughter of Susan Loftus Morseman and the late Timothy G. Smith, Sr. She is survived by stepfather John Morseman, mother, Susan Morseman, daughters Victoria Marie Smith and Savannah Powell, brothers Timothy G. Smith, Jr., John “Jay’ Morseman and sister Katie Morseman. Uncle Joseph and Aunt Barbara, Aunt Patricia and Uncle James, Aunt Cindy and Uncle Tony. Wonderful Cousins; Carly, Kevin, Corey, Daniel, James and Jessie. She loved being a mother, scary movies, enjoyed music, beaches, and doing crafts with her daughter. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 14 from 12 Noon -1:00PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 PM at Freedom Cemetery, 951 Johnsville Road, Sykesville, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, sympathies may be expressed in the form of contributions in her name to any Maryland Addiction Treatment Organization, or go to a local open 12 step meeting, listen with an open heart and drop a donation in the basket.
