Lillian Victoria Zepp, 79, of Hampstead, died Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born December 19, 1940 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Evelyn Otten Williams. She worked in customer support for Legg-Mason. She enjoyed crocheting and duckpin bowling. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law Deborah Ann Myers and Ralph, brother Wayne Williams, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter Lisa Zepp. Funeral services will be held Friday, 3:30 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD. Interment will be private.
