Kathleen Ann Rouiller, 62, of Sykesville, died Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Sinai Hospital. Born November 7, 1959 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Richard E. and Bonnie L. Voight Rouiller. She had worked as an insurance agent with State Farm Insurance. She enjoyed reading, her cats, the Orioles, and having fun. She is survived by sister Nancy L. Somers and her husband Randy, nephew Jarrod R. Vincent and numerous cousins. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 5-7 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Rd, Sykesville, Maryland. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11:00AM at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Wellman officiating.
