James Michael Heinen, 68, of Westminster died Saturday, July 19, 2014 at his home.
  Born August 29, 1945 in Iowa City, Iowa, he was the son of the late Raymond and June Herring Heinen. He was the husband of Mary Jo Heinen. They had been married for 47 years.
   He was a crystal healing practitioner. He was also a Reiki Master. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran from 1965-1971.
   In addition to his wife, he is survived by son Jason Heinen and his wife Lisa Petrocelli, daughter Jennifer Heinen, daughter Meredith Hemler and her husband Benjamin, granddaughter Elizabeth Hemler, brother Kenneth Heinen and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by daughter Janice Heinen.
   The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Internment will be private.
