Hannelore Lieselotte (Reiser) Riehl

Hannelore Lieselotte Riehl, 88, of Westminster, died Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Westminster Healthcare. Born April 27, 1936 in Neustadt, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Karl and Emelia Schneider Reiser. She was the wife of the late Helmut Riehl who died November 2, 2004. They had been married for 29 years. Hannelore was a dietician. She and her husband had traveled three times around the world seeing many places and experiencing many cultures and cuisines. She loved to cook, loved her family and lover her church. She was a longtime member of Grace Fellowship Chapel. She is survived by daughter Heidi Fazio and husband Thomas, son Karl Orth, brothers Karl and Claus Reiser, sister Mady Eisenbeis, grandchildren Christi Decker and husband Mark, Nicole, Kevin and Kris Orth and Justin and Nicholas Fazio. She was preceded in death by son Michael Orth and granddaughter Jessica Orth. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 15, 2024, 1:00PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, Maryland with her pastor, Rev. Ryan Ridgely, officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 11 till time of service at the funeral home.
