Obituary

Frances Adele Di Manto, 70, of Sykesville, died Saturday, September 17, 2022 at the Village House in Sykesville, MD. Born April 27, 1952 in Westbury,L.I.,NY she was the daughter of the late Leander and Alma Di Manto. Frances had been employed as a medical coder at Long Island Jewish Hospital on Long Island, NY verifying medical codes for medical billing. She enjoyed reading books, doing crossword puzzles, Sudoku, driving on country roads, visiting historical sites, watching 1940 crime movies and 1955 western movies such as Gunsmoke, The Virginian. She is survived by brothers Lee and Jimmy Di Manto and his wife Rosangela R. Di Manto and daughter Rosangela C. Di Manto and husband Joey Fry, sisters Maria and her husband Brian Butler, Brenda and her husband Richard Munsky and their sons Jason Munsky and his daughters Caitlin and Lyra, Bruce Munsky and his wife Tina and their children Andrew, Kylee, daughter Kayla Munsky and her son Hudson. Interment will be private. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Bethany Church, 3030 Bethany Lane, Ellicott City, MD 21042. The family will receive friends from 10-11AM at the church on Saturday. the Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 is assisting the family with funeral arrangements. Following the service at the church the family will receive friends at the Village House, 7426 Village RD, Sykesville, MD 21784 Saturday from 2:00PM till 4PM for a luncheon honoring Frances.
