Felix Frank Grzymala

Felix Frank Grzymala, 82, of Sykesville, died Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the Dove House.
   Born February 19, 1933 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late John and Bertha Andreasik Grzymala.
   He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. He retired from BP Oil as a pump and tank mechanic.
   He is survived by daughters Roseanna Bertel, Teresa Hornbach, sons Frank Grzymala and Felix Grzymala, Jr. He is also survived by sisters Antoinette Gonzalez, Joana Sharply Sercus, Bertha Duket, brothers Stanley Grzymala and Thaddeus Grzymala, grandchildren Amanda Dolehanty, Joshua and Jessica Reese, Frankie, Gisselle and Isabella Grzymala and great grandchildren Corey Stevenson, Zoey Buta and Emerson and Caroline Reese. He was preceded in death by brother Lucas Grzymala.
   The family will receive friends Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 915 Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD. Interment will follow in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
   In lieu of flowers, sympathies may be expressed in the form of contributions to Copper Ridge, 710 O’Brecht Road, Sykesville, MD or to The Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157-5269.
