Erik M.F. Beck

Erik M.F. Beck, 51 of Mt. Airy, died Sunday, June 12, 2022 at his home from natural causes. Born November 26, 1970 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Heinz and Ilse Hahn Beck. He was a pressman for Checkmate Graphics Company. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and hanging out with his friends. He is survived by siblings Roland and Marie Beck, Susan Beck, Peter and Delaine Beck and Birgit and John Basler. He is also survived by nieces Claire Beck and Nancy Cook, nephew Christian Traynor, great nephew Colyer Traynor and great niece Julia Traynor. He was preceded in death by great nephew James Parker Traynor. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with due notice of time and location. The Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD are assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
