Donna J. Abell, 56, of Annapolis, died Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at her home from an extended illness.
   Born January 4, 1958 in Catonsville, Maryland she was the daughter of the late John Joseph Crafton, Sr. and Nina Vita Coleman Crafton. She was the wife of Joseph C. Abell. They had been married for 26 years.
   She was a homemaker. She enjoyed her family, especially taking care of her grandsons.
   In addition to her husband Joseph, she is survived by sons James C. Abell and his wife Colleen, Michael J. Abell, brothers John Joseph Crafton, Jr., Richard Francis Crafton and Michael Stewart Crafton and his wife Donna Lee. She is also survived by grandsons Finnegan, Gunner and Lochlan Abell as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
   The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, Md. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated, Monday; 11:00 AM at St. John’s Catholic Church, 43 Monroe Street, Westminster, MD. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, sympathies may be expressed in the form of contributions to Hospice of the Chesapeake, Anne Arundel County Administrative Offices, John and Cathy Belcher Campus, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122
