David Blair Barr, 70, of Eldersburg, formerly of Mt. Airy, died Monday, May 2, 2016 at his home. Born June 25, 1945 in Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late George and Paulina Blair. He was the husband of Julieta Barr. They had been married for 20 years. He was a retired foreman working in the landscaping business. He enjoyed his family and playing golf. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Christine, Vicky, Paula and Marynella. He is also survived by brothers Miller, Tom, Russ and Dick Barr and grandchildren Valeria, Daniel Alejandro, Juan Steban, Alison and Chase. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-5 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD. Funeral services and interment will be private.
