Carroll Edward ‘Baps’ Sibley, 79, of Eldersburg, passed away on September 23, 2014
He was the loving companion and sweetheart of Theresa Hignutt.
He is also survived by, sister Edna E. Kloczewski and husband Hank, brother Kenneth E. ‘Kenny’ Sibley, daughter Tracie M. Hignutt and fiancé Steve Jones ,  granddaughters Christina and Stephanie Hignutt, great grandchildren Hailey and Donnell and numerous nieces, nephews and other close and special family members.   He was preceded in death by son Carroll E. ‘Eddie’ Sibley, Jr., mother Adelaide E. Sibley and brother Donald E. ‘Weats’ Sibley.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 3-5 PM   at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD.  A service will be held at 5:00 PM. Interment will be private.    Online condolences may be made at www.jnzumbrunfuneralhome.com.
