Andrew 'Andy' Jarboe, Sr. Obituary

Andrew ‘Andy’ Madison Jarboe, Sr. 56, of Westminster, died, with his mother and father by his side, at Northwest Hospice Care on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Born April 22, 1968 in the District of Columbia, he was the son of Robert Jarboe and Brenda Baker Clarke. He had been a loan officer, most recently with Green Tree Lending. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf. Andy also enjoyed watching football and gardening. In addition to his parents, Andy is survived by sons Andrew Madison Jarboe, Jr. and Jeremiah Michael Jarboe as well as stepmother Becky Jarboe, stepsisters Dawn Ader and Francisca Clarke, stepbrothers Nelson Clarke Jr, and Gandalf Clarke. He was preceded in death by stepfather Nelson Clarke Sr, brothers Jonathan Jarboe, Nathaniel Jarboe, and step-brother Jordan Davis. A time of visitation to celebrate Andy’s life is planned for March 8th, 4:30-6:30 pm, at Westminster First Church of God, 27 N Center Street, Westminster MD 21157. The Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home 6028 Sykesville Road in Eldersburg, MD is assisting the family with funeral arrangements. Sympathies may be expressed in the form of contributions to the Jordan Davis Memorial Fund which helps those less fortunate in our local community.
