Alfred 'Al' John Bimbiras

Alfred John Bimbiras, 68, of Westminster, died Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the Carroll Hospital Center. Born October 16, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Paul Alfred and Eileen Agnes Bimbiras (nee Whitton). He was the husband of Sharon Marie Bimbiras (nee Schlein). They had been happily married for 48 years. Al had retired from the Social Security Administration as an IT Specialist. He had attended Catonsville Community College and was a member of the Grunwald Club. In addition to his wife, he is survived by son John Paul Bimbiras, brother Dennis Francis Bimbiras, sisters Diane Eileen Schweitzer Tydings and Eileen Patricia Hargett. He was preceded in death by brothers Paul John Bimbiras and Henry William Mulvey. Funeral services and visitation will be private. Funeral services will be live streamed at 11:00AM on Monday. Friends and family may attend the graveside service Monday, 1:00PM at Parkwood Cemetery, 3310 Taylor Avenue, Parkville, Maryland 21234.
