Mr. Harrington was my first boss, the Resource Mgmt Officer, at the Baltimore District. Many fine memories, a good irascible character. My parishes book of prayer will have his name and family name for continued prayerful support. Peace.

Jim Harrington was my first manager in the Baltimore District, he was just a great guy to work with. I can still remember his favorite statement "what goes on hunting stays hunting", I always enjoyed our social events especially on the golf course. He was just an all around good guy , that will be missed!
