Jennifer Ann (Kassakatis) Geilfuss

Jennifer Ann (Kassakatis) Geifluss passed away in her home on February 1, 2024. Born August 14, 1979, in Lubbock, Texas, she was the daughter of David Dalsheimer (Zhanna) and the late Lynn Kassakatis Dalsheimer. After graduating from Liberty High School in Eldersburg, MD, Jennifer spent time traveling, making memories with friends and family, and building a career in administration. She eventually settled in Westminster, Maryland where she began her most important and precious role, becoming a mother to her cherished son, Cody. Jenny’s love for the beach, music, and spending time with her loved ones carried on throughout her life. Her generous spirit and infectious laugh will live on through those of whom she loved. Jennifer is survived by her cherished son, Cody Geilfuss, life partner Jay Abrams, father, David Dalsheimer (Zhanna), grandparents, Albert and Patricia Kassakatis, siblings William Kassakatis (Sarah), Denise Nicely (Sam), Cassie Ruby (Kris), Nicole Wilson, and Dylan Dalsheimer, stepsiblings Kacey and Sophia Trent, nieces Chloe, Lailah, Elyse, and Delilah as well as her many beloved extended family members and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Lynn (Kassakatis) Dalsheimer, and aunt Elaine (Kassakatis) Bell. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 7th from 6-8 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 8th at 12:00 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, Maryland.
