Loretta Lynn (Horton) Ayres

Loretta Lynn Ayres, 43, of Gettysburg, PA, died Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at her home. Born July 7, 1974 in Glen Burnie, she was the daughter of Harold Horton, Sr. and the late Linda Martocci Horton. She was the wife of Ronald Gregory Ayres. They had been married for 10 years. She was a member of The Intersection Church. She was a former medical assistant with Wellspan. She was a graduate of Randallstown High School Class of 1992 and a graduate of MEDIX School in Towson. In addition to her father and husband, Loretta is survived by son Taylor Kuhns, brother Harold Horton, Jr., and sister Rene Rhoten. She is also survived by Aunt Diana Summerfield, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, 12 Noon at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD with Pastor Jenn Vintigni officiating.. Internment will be private. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 AM till time of service at the funeral home.
