Leona Lucy (Hoover) Little-Norris

Leona Lucy Little-Norris, 86, of Taneytown, died Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Carroll Dove House in Westminster.
   Born October 16, 1928 in Patton, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Ethel Tomlinson Hoover. Twice married, she was the wife of the late Francis Leonard Little and William Norris.
   She was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her large family. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Taneytown, MD.
   She is survived by son Gary Francis Little and wife Deborha, daughters and sons-in-law Debra Ann Wunder and George, Kathy M. Braase and Jon and Cindy L. Perzinski and Dave, sons and daughters-in-law William L. Little and Susan, Thomas L. Little and Susan, Patrick J. Little and Patricia and Michael J. Little and Tierney. She is also survived by brothers Leonard, William, Earl and Ted Hoover and sister Carol Ann Swam, 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by twin sister Laverna Cordell.
  A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, October 22, 9:30AM at St. Johns Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster, MD with Msgr. Martin Feild, officiating.   A second Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, October 24, 1:30PM at Holy Name Church, 500 N Julian St, Ebensburg, PA 15931.  Inurnment will follow in Holy Name Cemetery.
   In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Carroll Hospice (Dove House), 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157-5629.
